REQUEST A RESERVATION:
Thank you for your interest in making a reservation at the Viva La Vida Vacation Rental Home in Lava Hot Springs! We make every effort to respond to inquiries as soon as possible.
THE RENTAL PROCESS:
The rental process happens in two steps:

Payment of either the entire fee or 1st payment of 50% due at time of booking completes the process and CONFIRMS your rental. The balance is due and payable at least 30 days prior to check-in date, we'll email or text you a reminder of your balance due.
CANCELLATIONS:

- NO SUBLETTING OF THIS HOME ALLOWED!
- The party who reserved this property must be 25 years of age & is required to be present at check in, provide a valid drivers license, credit card, and occupy the home for the duration of dates reserved.
- You must read our RENTAL POLICIES page before making a reservation.
THE RENTAL PROCESS:
The rental process happens in two steps:
- Complete and submit the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM OR call us at (208) 251-1390 to determine what dates are available for renting the home.
- We'll get back to you with the availability of the dates you've requested, or if those dates aren't available, with some options for other dates. Once we're in agreement on dates, you're authorized to pay for the rental. Payment of either the entire fee or 1st payment of 50% due at time of booking completes the process and CONFIRMS your rental. The balance is due and payable at least 30 days prior to check-in date, we'll email or text you a reminder of your balance due.

- If you don't hear back from us within 2 days please call us at (208) 251-1390 or email us at vivalavidainlava@gmail.com.
- After receiving authorization/approval of date and cost from Viva La Vida, please confirm and pay using the BUY NOW buttons at the bottom of this page.
NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments. Use a credit or debit card.
RATES:
- COMPLETE HOUSE: $439 per night + taxes.
Includes use of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens; sleeps 14. - UPSTAIRS ONLY: $250 per night + taxes.
Includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living/dining room; flat screen TV/DVD/Cable; fireplace; sleeps 8. - DOWNSTAIRS ONLY: $189 per night + taxes.
Includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, eat-in kitchen; living room (w/2 futons), flat screen TV/DVD/Cable; fireplace; sleeps 6.
NOTICE:
- Rates are subject to the Idaho 11% state and local taxes.
- The house is to be left in an orderly manner or a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Two-night minimum required.
- Three-night minimum required for certain holiday's.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 100% refund (less any PayPal processing fees) for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date
- 50% refund (less any PayPal processing fees) for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
RESERVATION PAYMENTS:
- If you've been APPROVED / AUTHORIZED to reserve specific available dates for the Viva La Vida home, please pay for that pending reservation with the BUY NOW buttons below.
- PAY 50% TO HOLD THE RESERVATION
- PAY THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL FEE (30 days before arrival date.)
- INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the final payment balance amount you are given into the ITEM PRICE field in the PayPal form to be charged that exact fee. PayPal will add the tax.
